Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart from Reg's paintings and /or Jim's photography. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you don't feel happy using credit cards and Pay Pal for any reason we can be contacted by email at info@cartwrightprints.co.uk or jimcartwright@dsl.pipex.com and you cand send a cheque or postal order in sterling currency. Contact us first and we'll give you the details by return email.

We accept credit card payment via PayPal through this website, or a cheque and postal order by post in uk sterling currency. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. With all orders the funds are cleared with the bank before any work is dispatched.

When we send you a confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Deliveries are contracted out to the Post Office and delivery costs are calculated as you go through the site checkout - giving you a total amount including carrage. Cartwright Prints reserves the right to alter carrage prices at any time, but any orders recieved during this change will be notified by e-mail before items are shipped and you have the right to cancel your order and recieve a full refund. Delivery Schedule All orders will be processed as quickly as possible and we will normally send your order to you within 15 business days . International orders are generally received in under 30 days. If you require an earlier delivery date for a special occasion please include this information with the order and we will do our utmost to meet the deadline but as we don't produce the prints inhouse can't promise a fast turnaround.
Tax Charges We are not VAT registered.
Credit Card Security Payment is made through PayPal. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee. Any problems please contact us by email at info@cartwrightprints.co.uk quoting your name, order number email address and the problem.

Colour Reproduction - Due to viewing images on a computer and printing limitations colour viabrancy may vary slightly from those viewed on this website.
